梁家強先生 - 殯葬及禮儀顧問服務專家

梁先生現職梁津煥記有限公司董事會主席,亦為梁津煥記(禮儀顧問)有限公司創辦人及董事會主席,作為祖業第五代傳人,為此傳統行業注入新思維及動力,在不同時段進行革新,使百年基業不斷向前發展;雖云肩承千斤擔,惟思及先祖於清光緒年間創業艱辛,更感今日得為梁家子孫之傲。

梁家強先生一九九六年秉承先祖遺訓,服務社群,先後獲委任為保良局副主席、保良局顧問局顧問、保良聯會義務秘書長、香港青少年培育會主席、陳南昌紀念學校校監、香港女童軍九龍地域主席、天主教慈幼會伍少梅中學校董、香港仔工業學校校董、恒生管理學院暨恒生商學書院校友會主席、香港鮑思高同學聯合會會長、鮑思高服務中心有限公司主席、香港交通安全會高級助理總監、香港交通安全隊港島及離島總區指揮官、東區道路安全運動委員會委員、中西區道路安全議會副主席、香港警察籃球會副會長、香港中西區各界協會副會長、「兩地一心」名譽顧問、維多利亞幼稚園暨幼兒園家長教師會副主席、香港華仁書院家長教師會主席、香港華仁書院校董及御駿居業主立案法團主席等公職。

其中於二零零零年任職保良局副主席期間,以出席愈四百次會議及活動次數獲授最高出席率及次數嘉許;任職保良局六年期間,雖歷經濟低潮,但仍在多次籌款及活動中獲嘉許達五十多次,並積極參予本港教育工作及保良局架構重組工作。

梁先生在一九七八年畢業於鮑思高慈幼會香港仔工業學校,主修金工,課餘時間對學生會組織及課外活動尤其投入;中學畢業後於明愛白英奇書院進修商業文憑課程,完成後加入梁津煥記工作,期間於恒生商學書院進修,為第一屆畢業生。二零零六年以堅毅的決心、親友的支持及鼓勵下,修畢香港大學商業管理學士學位課程,並繼續報讀香港城巿大學碩士課程,以「修身,齊家,敬業樂群」,為其終身目標。2017年獲恒生管理學院頒授榮譽院士以表揚梁先生對社會及母校的貢獻。

作為本土殯葬及禮儀服務專家的梁先生,曾獲多間本地及海外學府邀請為客席講者,分享箇中之工作體會。梁先生亦獲邀請出任香港房屋協會、食物環境衛生署、民政事務局等政府部門個別個案之專業顧問,並屢獲嘉許。

中國傳統的祭禮源遠流長,經歷數千年的文化演變,中國有多本傳統文化祭禮之書籍記載,其中《禮記》記載甚詳。近代香港本土文化演變,化繁為簡,亦保存部份傳統文化之核心價值。梁先生以其逾三十年工作經驗,以敬業樂群的精神,編著《祭之以禮》一書,將現代都巿人對先祖的祭禮和香港現況逐一記述並註以圖解,藉此為承傳中國文化盡一分綿力。

Mr. Kenneth LEUNG Ka Keung - Funeral & Ritualistic Services

Mr. Leung is the managing director of Leung Chun Woon Kee (Service Consultant) Company Limited and Leung Chun Woon Kee Company Limited. He is the 5th generation chair of his grand forefathers’ business established since 1904 (清光緒三十年) in China. With the accumulation of over a century of experience in funeral services, Mr. Leung is an expert in Chinese culture and ritualistic practices, fung shui (風水), cemetery and columbarium matters, coffin and accessories supply. Mr. Leung also acts as funeral director of various tycoons and international artists.

Mr. Leung graduated from Hang Seng School of Commerce and University of Hong Kong. He holds a Bachelor of Business Management degree from the University of Hong Kong. In 2017, Mr Leung conferred Honorary fellowship by Hang Seng Management College for his continuous contribution to the Soceity and his profession. Mr. Leung also actively participates in numerous volunteer works in the community. His commitment in serving the community receives high recognition and he has been awarded various commendations from the HKSAR Government.

Mr. Leung was the vice chairman of Po Leung Kuk, Honour secretary of Po Leung Former Boards Association, Chairman of HK Girl Guide Kowloon District, Chairman of HK Federation of Don Bosco Past Pupils, President of Juvenile Care Center, School Supervisor of JCC Chan Nam Cheong Memorial School. He is currently the Voting member of Po Leung Kuk, Regional Commander of HK and Islands. In Road safety Patrol, he is the Senior Assistant Commissioner of the HK Road Safety Association, Vice Chairman of Central and Western District Road Safety Campaign Committee, Member of Eastern District Road Safety Publicity campaign Committee. Chairman of Hang Seng Management College/ Hang Seng School of Commerce Alumni Association, Chairman of HK Wah Yan College PTA Association, School Manger of Hong Kong Wah Yan College, Aberdeen Technical School, Don Bosco Ng Sui Mui Secondary School, and Chairman of Incorporated Owners of Riverain Valley.

Being an expert in Chinese funeral culture and practices, Mr. Leung has been invited as a guest speaker in academic seminars in local universities and professional institutes in Hong Kong, Malaysia, Singapore and Australia. He is also appointed by the HKSAR Government as a Cultural Specialist to give expert opinion in High Court involving Chinese customs. Mr. Leung has offered specialist consultancy service to numerous private and public sectors including the Hong Kong Housing Authority and Board of Management of Chinese Permanent Cemeteries (BMCPC). He has also been consulted by the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department (FEHD) and different architect firms on related matters.

Leung Chun Woon Kee (Service Consultant) Company Limited has also been invited by FEHD to submit various funeral service tenders.

Mr. Leung is the writer of 祭之以禮 which has been published for over 5,000 copies in local and oversea markets.
